This program enables tourism industry professionals with the specialist knowledge needed to advance their careers, or for graduates entering the tourism and hospitality sector to gain the skills needed to manage business operations. The qualification provides learners with a contemporary, critical, and international program that supports their development as managers with a lifelong-learning orientation. This program is of much importance for professionals to acquire more advanced and better skills. 

Entry Criteria 

  1. Age: – 21 Y.O or older 
  1. Academic achievements: Relevant NQF/QCF/RQF Level 6 Diploma or equivalent 
  1. Business experience: Management experience checked with the delivery center for Mature learners over 21 Years old 
  1. English requirements: (IETLS optional) if candidate is not from a majority English speaking country: must provide with English Language competency: 
  • 5.5 in IELTS R&W min 5.5 
  • Pearson 51 
  • CEFR Level B2 
  • TOEFL iBT 87-109 

Objectives 

The objective of the OTHM Level 7 Diploma in Tourism and Hospitality Management qualification is to provide tourism industry professionals with the specialist knowledge needed to advance their careers, or for graduates entering the tourism and hospitality sector to gain the skills needed to manage business operations. Admission Process 

The Office of Admissions holistically screens applicants’ files for the following: CV, cover letter, diplomas obtained, transcripts of the last two years, recommendation letter from a previous teacher, valid English Test (IELTS and equivalent requirements are optional), working certificates for mature learners)
